The Right Plan

We seek investment opportunities that offer above-market returns for ourselves and interested people to co-invest with us.  As co-investors we aggregate many small investments into a single investment that overcomes the minimal investment size threshold that is a barrier to entry for many individuals and families into these opportunities.  Unlike traditional venture capital firms, we do not manage funds.  Instead, we present opportunities into which each co-investor can elect to invest with us or not.

We are focused on investing each year into carefully selected, entrepreneurial, and technology-enabled companies that have achieved product market fit and have actual revenue. Our investment thesis places a premium on first-mover advantage over intellectual property, on recurring revenue over business plan potential, and focusses on the synergies amongst co-founders.
